Acceptable Use Policy

You must not

• Use IvyAI unlawfully, fraudulently or to mislead, harass, discriminate against or harm anyone.
• Enter medical, clinical, special category or other sensitive personal information into IvyAI V1.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, probe another tenant or interfere with service availability.
• Use automated traffic, scraping, spam or repeated requests that place an unreasonable load on the service.
• Send unsolicited communications or use booking and communication features without a valid lawful basis.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory or infringes intellectual property.
• Share credentials, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to gain unauthorised privileges.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly authorised or permitted by law.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and proportionately restrict, suspend or remove content or access. We will consider severity, repetition, risk and available remedies. Serious security, unlawful-use or safety threats may require immediate action. Report concerns to support@ivyai.co.uk.
