IVYAI LEGAL
Cookie and Storage Notice
The limited browser storage IvyAI uses to provide authentication, security and core features.
Effective: 23 August 2026
Current use
IvyAI uses essential storage to operate the service. This includes authentication session data, security and recovery state, onboarding continuity and essential interface preferences. Depending on the implementation, this may use secure cookies, local storage or session storage.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, the marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and website interactions. Google may store _ga and _ga_* cookies, normally for up to two years. Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Rejecting has no effect on access to the website. Use Cookie settings to change your choice or withdraw consent; withdrawal stops collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. This analytics integration does not apply to the app or booking services. We do not use it for advertising. Essential storage cannot normally be disabled through a consent banner because the requested service would not work, but it can be removed through browser controls or by signing out.
Your choice
We store your analytics choice in local storage so it is respected on later visits. Google processes technical information and page interactions to provide aggregate reports; see Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We will not treat continued browsing as consent.
Browser controls
Your browser can show and remove stored data. Blocking essential storage may prevent account login, password recovery, onboarding or other requested functions. Contact support@ivyai.co.uk with questions.
